Pulled Pork Nachos
« Reply #-1 on: September 29, 2020, 10:50:42 AM »
I had leftover pork from my last butt cook so I decided to have some nachos.

Chips, nacho cheese sauce, pork, mango salsa, spicy guacamole, sour cream, & grated queso fresco.
I usually load  them up with pickled jalapeño slices but, alas, I had none.  :(

After two of the above and three frozen margaritas, what started out as a snack became my dinner.
And a fantastic dinner it was.  :D :D

You don't strike me as the kind of man who would be without pickled jalapeño slices. With that being said, plate me anyway! Looks awesome.
