Sausage & Spinach Stuffed Shells
« Reply #-1 on: October 16, 2020, 08:33:26 PM »

Tonight's dinner was sausage & spinach stuffed shells, roasted butternut squash and a nice salad.

The shells right out of the oven.

Looks like a loaded plate but I was trying to avoid using another dish for the salad.

I had four shells and I was stuffed myself.

Not a great picture but this is the filling.

Butternut is an amazingly delicious side!
