So my wife and daughter combined to make this tonight. A little beef stir fry with sirloin, bok choy, zucchini, onion, carrots, shrooms, broccoli, red pepper, ginger, garlic, sesame seeds and the typical Asian flavors, soy, brown sugar, sesame oil, orange juice. Served with lo mein. I am not typically an Asian food enthusiast but this stuff was freaking righteous! Super tender beef (pressure cooked), sweet and savory sauce, lots of varying textures. I really enjoyed this!
