We should've cooked it on the pellet grill but it was a nasty day here on Christmas Eve so the oven got the nod.
Tonight, we had some comfort food. Our son made tomato soup that had cream, leaks, garlic, a touch of bacon, vegetable broth and basil. It is STELLAR! Paired well with Tillamook Cheddar grilled cheese on Texas Toast, that's for sure!
I know that I haven't been taking "good" pictures lately, more of just a point and shoot approach lately but I will say that the soup and sammich were good photo worthy! LOL
