Fairly Quiet today
« Reply #-1 on: January 07, 2022, 04:56:27 PM »
Well, it's fairly quiet on here today..   We have sunny skies and 53 degrees out so I think I'll go home and grill some chicken thighs, and make some cornbread and greens (collards and turnips mixed) to go with them...
Hope you all have a great weekend.
Tommy, I'll save you some greens   :o ;D

I didn't know you rolled that way, Terry.

At the next cookout we're having greens and cornbread.

Bev just made a batch of collards for New Years following Rodney Scott's recipe. Best collards I have eaten.

I used a recipe from Cookin' and smokin' with AB on YouTube.  Mighty good...

Jaxon, greens and cornbread? That's why I wouldn't miss a cookout.

Terry, I bet that was some good southern comfort food.
