I know I am been quiet lately, just a lot going on. I still cook here and there, not on any scale like I did years ago but times have changed. I smoked a butt and a brisket a couple of weeks ago and vac sealed the leftovers. I took some of the pork and made Brunswick Stew with it. Stephanie and I ate a little for supper a couple of nights ago and I am going to be taking some to friends of ours here in about 30 minutes. My friend Chris went through testicular cancer a few years back and got through it, praise God. Now his wife, Sonya, has been diagnosed with Stage 4 Ovarian cancer and I hope and pray for another miracle from God. They could use the prayers if y'all don't mind!
