Chicken Thighs and Costco Taters

Nothing fancy. But it was really tasty.  Trimmed and marinated thighs overnight in a Tuscan Italian dressing.

On the Weber

Got some color on them, and then finished indirect.

Boy these were juicy.  And ice cold beer made for a great dinner ;)

Good looking food and gotta love that beer fridge. I think I will stay with my beer fridge in the basement though.

Great looking plate! Love the color on that chicken. Nice fridge, but I'm hoping it melts soon as I'm only a few dozen miles north of you.
