How much does the cooker weigh? Even if I had a truck, there's no way I could move the YS640 around!

150-175 pounds, maybe?  I  took all the racks and innards out.

It's still a handful.....

It's going to our warehouse to be our hickory fired oven.

Today it is just smoking a few turkey boulders, and some ham & rope sausage for Easter tomorrow.  ;)
