Here with all the family to be gone over the week end and just me & two dogs I was ready to make the most of it. I would drink too much beer, listen to loud music and cook me some good food. The dogs are easy to get along with, listen to every word I say & don't even talk back! That all went sour, Sat. after coming back from my Moms I got the stomach flu my wife had last week! I mostly had some water Sat & Sun. Sun evening I did get some Mrs. Grass's chicken & noodle soup down. No beer or loud music and my Easter diet was WATER. Doing better now & will have some pulled pork Sandman gave me from his PBC with some scalloped potatoes.
There was a bunch of great looking cooks that went down over Easter, too many to catch up on and reply. So nice job to all! Don
