Ran a 10K today

The wife and I ran the "Victory for Victims" 10K today...

http://abuse-assaultservices.org/victory.html

We finished in just over 1 hour and 20 minutes. My wife does not run as much as me so I stayed with her pace the entire race. There was a large turn out for the run ;)

Way to go!  Wish I could do this again.  Since several major back surgeries, I am limited in what I can do, safely.  If the weather cooperates, I want to get back to some biking on the local bike paths.  I do feel much better when I am doing this regularly.
