I sure agree with nepas, there are some great cooks in here and I too have trouble keeping up. I won't live long enough to try all the recipes I like in here. I also can't find the time to welcome all the new members, so HATS OFF to all the new members and all you great cooks!!! Smokin Don

Well not till the KOA cookout!  Rick will need a big wheelbarrow that weekend (Just saying)  :D

LTBBQ has really done well and seems to be on the right track.  With the two new sponsors coming on board and all the new members signing up this is going to busy a BIG summer and very hard to keep up with  with all the new post.

We really do have some of the best cooks on this forum!

I always loved competing with RickB in the contests on another forum. And I am very happy Smokin Don is over here. I really enjoyed his cooks on another forum. And there is Sparky and his ribs. Squirt and his numerous butts ;) And Wing Commander with all his fantastic cooks. Chili Head, Keymaster, FLBentrider, Scallywag and a bunch of others.

There is one member on another forum that I would love to see over here. They just wrote a cookbook that I plan on purchasing and IMHO is the best cook I have seen. I used his Lox recipe and it came out perfect. His screen name is Shelly and there are a few of you who will know who I am talking about and what forum he is on. Someone should shoot him an invite! If he shows up be prepared to be amazed!
