The Complete Wood Pellet Barbeque Cookbook by Bob Devon?
« Reply #-1 on: June 12, 2013, 09:22:03 PM »
Anyone have this book heard of it or want it?

Tonight I hit up costco for some salmon and cedar planks and saw a guy with a weber grilling cookbook and figured I should look up "Pellet" cookbooks. The one I mentioned is the first one to come up so if you have any info hit me up or if you know of any other pellet cookbooks hit me up...

Thanks
Justin

Take a week or two to get in at local place so I will put it on order and update you guys later...

I did find a good review on amazon for the book that offered up more cookbooks and 4 of the 5 are in stock at the local store so I will give them a try. Slow Fire by Ray Lampe, Smoke and Spice by Cheryl Alters, Championship BBQ by Paul Kirk, and BBQ USA by Steven Raichlen

I've got Smoke & Spice.   It's very good.

Peace, Love & BBQ is also a good read.

The book has got to have pictures for me. I have to see pictures. Pellet cook books are irrelevant unless they have pictures of beautiful smoking women cooking on the grill or is that women smoking on the grill. I think that the dyslexia is confusing me.

Young man, you have to understand that I am 70 years old and smoking hot women are a fleeting memory when I can remember.
