Boneless Top Sirloin for $3.99 at Publix

Today being Wednesday means the stores have their inserts in the paper.  In their's  Publix is advertising Boneless Top Sirloin for $3.99 per pound which is about $3.00/lb off.  Dee

Top sirloin is one of my favorites & is often a good bargain .
I often serve sliced accross the grain

Sirloin isn't the most tender, but is one of the most flavorful "beefy" cuts.  My favorite steak.  I didn't see any in the grocery flyers this week, but I'll keep looking.

There is no coupon required by Publix for this special.  Just go in and say, "Hey y'all. I'm here to get some of them der inexpensive sirloin steaks." and they'll fix you right up.  My youngest daughter says Publix has some type of online club you cans sign up with free and get all kinds of discounts.  I have not tried it yet.
