OK I found the pictures for this one. So After Nepas did some taste testing at the MWSO, and gave me the thumbs up without using any extra sauce. (After he ate 2 of them!! :o ;D) Here is the recipe I created for making these. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

5 pounds of Boston Butt

1 Baseball sized Sweet Onion and 8-10 little Dill Pickles

Everybody through the grinder

Mix in 1 Tablespoon per pound of meat of this

Also mix in 1/4 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce. After mixing in the BBQ Sauce, let the everything sit in the fridge for an hour to allow the meat to suck up some of the liquids from the sauce.

Stuff into Hog Casings and flash freeze prior to vac sealing or put them right on the grill. I liked these better after a freeze thaw cycle myself. The flavors com through much better, and the extra dipping sauce isn't needed. Of course you could just patty them up and grill as well.

A BS Tommy where there's a will there's a way! Betting if Miss Kimmie said lets go camping you would pack right up and go set up the camper. Which is a lot more work than making and stuffing some fresh sausages

Yeah - if you use a low table you can make them sitting down.

Ok, I really want to try this, but have to admit, I am stumped by the one ingredient...     Pickles?

Hmmm...  you did say you taste tested for a few hours, but what in heck's name made you think, "Pickles! I need to add pickles..."?  ::) Just a guess; to help balance the sweetness of the BBQ sauce maybe?

Well, I plan to give it a try, pickles & all!

Thanks for posting the receipt Chris. Might try this with some game meat w/added fat.

One question, did you run the poke through the course or fine plate?

Everybody went through the 3mm plate.

I just couldn't get the taste that I was looking for. Then I muttered "Lightbulb!" with my finger in the air. McDonald's serves their McRib with mystery meat, onions, and PICKLES! That's what I need! I need pickles to make this work. So I got out the jar of mini dills and sent them through the grinder. Fried up a small patty and that was the taste/flavor that I was looking for.

As for the Mad Scientist Mode. That's where my Pork and Shrimp Sausage came from as well. Only that one took me a whole bunch of tries to get it where I wanted it!
