You all got me ready to take the plunge..

now looking for advice, opinions and/or warnings about the FoodSaver V3880 Master Chef Kit. The one that all ready has the 2 marinators. I love to marinate my ribeyes with cajun and also chicken with my chicken rub (other meats also). I did a search and found some good things. I know I am going with a FoodSaver. Wally World has a V3425, which I assume would be good. But, I would then need to buy the marinating accessories. This could get expensive quick! I know I will get a mason jar adapter, just to re-seal my sauce and keep it fresh.

Appreciate and looking forward to the replies. Thanks all!

Once you can the sauce, then re-open it I am not sure about the benefits of vac-sealing it.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.
