Happy anniversary and that Osso Bucco looks fantastic. I’m with cookiecdcmk, hard to find pork shanks around here.

@pappy- you could make this dish at home, trust me. Osso Buco is quite simple and could be done on a grill- just takes a bit of time, some good red wine and maybe a dutch oven. The rissotto is a bit more involved with technique but still not brain surgery. That dish is all about patience! Thanks for sharing the mouth watering pic

Here is a good osso buco "primer" recipe that I use and adjust according to whim with a few photos here.  I generally use beef shanks (easily available, cheaper, and more flavorful than veal) but you can use what you have around.
