I put a mark on the map, but I'm in Nashville.
I cook on a somewhat problematic Traeger Lil Tex Elite, a SS Weber Performer, a Weber WSM, a Weber OTG (sense a theme here?), and a Charbroil SRG. I have a decent collection of cast iron that does double duty on the stove & grill, and I cook on a KCBS competition team. I also got my KCBS Certified Judge badge and have judged a couple of comps so far.
Otherwise, I cook for the fam and our church, and sometimes a catering gig here & there. In my perfect world, I would like to have a catering truck rather than a brick & mortar restaurant, as my family is priority #1, not being married to a restaurant. Maybe someday, Lord willing, I can make this dream come true.
