You gents should have some kind of logo to celebrate your event - how about some kind of logo contest just for fun?  I'm no designer, and certainly have very little talent, but maybe this will kick start the creative juices:

Very nice pz  Great idea

Stillwater is a great little town - lots of interesting shops and antiques. Great food as well. Maybe we should meet there.

David, I think the first 1/2 of October is a good time frame... I would love to see it work out so TEE's can be there (I'm not trying to railroad &/or ramrod anything here, just sayin').  Also, from true personal experience, I don't trust the roads anytime after October 21st (having spent a month one weekend in Alexandria, MN about 30 years ago. :o )

Absolutely Doc!

Tee, you have a wedding in Minnesota? Or what is bringing you here?

Going to visit the daughter, son in law, grand-daughter.....and go with my daughter for the sonogram that will tell us if grand baby No#2 will be a boy or a girl. :)

Here in the Cities?
Near Stillwater MN....actaully - you cros the bridge and they are just in WI. Both work in the Cities.

That would be Hudson, WI.  Lived their for a few years. My city is 15 minutes away.  We go to Hudson on Sunday for booze.....no bueno in Minnesota

Pappy, you are right - the WI side is Hudson. But we like Stillwater - often a good street fair happening.

Although (at the risk of derailing all of this) I am a Packers fan and shareholder. I grew up in ND - no team so we get to choose anyone. Been a Packer fan all my life. Then lived in Racine for 10 years and became a shareholder.

Don, early October is great - I understand the driving challenges later.

T2 - when will you be here? We can meet in Stillwater / Hudson. Or if you want to drive about 30  minutes further, we can meet on my deck. I would enjoy meeting a bunch of you.

Trying to work out the dates ASAP. Maybe we can firm them up within the next couple of days. I have to look at everyone's vacation schedules, and any critical or time sensitive stuff....Then I can stick a pin in the dates.
