great looking bacon and is making me excited.  darn mail man didn't leave mine at the door.  Wife has to pick it up tomorrow.  back to work for a couple days but I will be making some myself very shortly I hope.

I cut-up what I had left and brought it to work yesterday. Talk about a winner. Looks like I put myself on the hook for a couple of pounds of pig candy.  ;D

Looks great; oven cooking is one of my favorite bacon methods because of the uniform cooking

Absolutely! It's getting easier to dump a bunch of other rubs from my "inventory".
