Busy day and only had time for a quick cook. Called the Mrs from work and asked her to rub a steak with M3 and some evoo. Cooked on the Mak on high with the flame zone. Plated with some roasted potatoes an some boxed Mac and cheese. Tim I have to say this rub is REALLY good!

Nice looking cook Scally!  M-3 is designed for steak, chops, brisket, etc. SO, I am glad it did well for you. It works even better as a marinade When you try it next time try this:

1-cup canola or other neutral flavored oil

1/4- cup apple cider vinegar

3-4 Tbs ( or more if you like…taste as you go )

BLEND at high speed for a few seconds to homogenize. Then add a little water to thin down the mixture. M-3 thickens when mixed with the oil and vinegar….

Place meat in a zip lock, or vacuum bag - and leave in the fridge for 2-8 hours or longer. The thicker the meat, the longer the marinade….
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

That beef looks most excellent!  I like the crossed grill marks because of the extra seared goodness
