Looks very nice. I always giggle when I see water heaters in the garage. Never happen here......
That's where we have them on the other coast, Gulf that is.  ;D.

When I lived in Buffalo I remember them in the kitchen.
Love to cook and eat

And when they start leaking water...they flood the house ???

I would rather flood the garage floor.

Maybe in MN it get's too cold for it to be practical located in the garage?

I have a little compartment built into the side of the house for the water heater, if it leaks it just drains out to the side yard........

Nice looking digs......Smoochy wants to know if he gets his own room........

It looks like a great home, Muebe.  I'm happy for you.

Water Heaters—I've never lived further south than Nebraska so my water heaters have always been in the basement near the furnace and a floor drain.

Cool Mike, you're within firing range of me and Smoke now ;). My little 5x8 enclosed smoker hauler should be free if you need it!

Unless I got something burning, I smell a West Coast Gathering in the near future........

I like the idea.  I am willing to do a little traveling.  Maybe Nothern Cali near a lake?

Yup - in MN most are in the basement - just like Paul's.

Looks like a great place you're going to be cookin' in muebe - thanks for posting the pics!  Your back yard looks like it abuts a park or something other than another back yard

Yeah. It is a terraced hill. There are no homes behind us.

Oh what a busy week! I hate moving :'(

So after 2 loads in a 26ft U-Haul and several trips with my Silverado I got a majority of my things moved from the Lancaster house! It is amazing what you accumulate in 13 years.

I got the interior painted and new carpet put in the rooms. My tenant got the keys yesterday and moves in today.

I got all my cooking equipment moved out but decided to leave the RED for the tenant. Then my boss was helping me move and saw the grill. He wanted to buy it and so I sold it to him. And he is buying the spa too! What do I say? He is my boss ;)

And now to try and tackle all the boxes in the garage at the new place ???
