Xmas Eve Pulled Pork
« Reply #-1 on: December 22, 2013, 09:06:36 PM »
It's been a tradition at our house on Christmas Eve to have a casual nosh. Lots of snacks, sweets of all types, veggies and garlic dip, and pulled pork. I rubbed up an 8lb. shoulder with Fine Swine & Bovine, put in the refrig. overnight and this morning intended
to throw it on the pellet grill. The weather was not cooperating soooo did it in the oven low and slow. Basted with apple juice and worcestershire. Six hours later it was finally done. Came out pretty good for indoor pulled pork! One more task done with several more yet to do.

Our family would like to wish all of you wonderful folks and your families a very safe, joyous, and Merry Christmas!
