That steak looks mighty good!!Wish I could have see the potato(e)...caramelized interior doesn't come to my mind. Is it a very well done potato or just cooked a different way? Our's usually come out of the foil fork tender and ready to mix with butter & sour cream, etc.You sure have a way with that charcoal grill!! I hope to get there one day.

I don't see any grill marks.....did you cook it in a pan on the grill. The results are very impressive!
