Finally snowing - noodles and beef time
« Reply #-1 on: January 30, 2014, 11:55:31 PM »
Started snowing yesterday evening - wish I had the time for the hot tub today.  Oh well, maybe some beefy noodles will make it better.

Thawed a couple of ribeyes, and cut them into small chunks - quick stir fry with a handful of green onions, then placed on a bed of Korean noodles seasoned with fish sauce.  Savory and very tender, the quick sear on hot cast iron leaves the meat full of juice

The first pic makes me shiver, as I have been doing all month. The second pic would warm me up and looks great for a quick meal!!! Don

I could certainly enjoy the bowl sitting at my window looking out, but the thought of getting the snow shovel out to get into the hot tub would ruin it for me....lol

I used to love sitting the the hot tub in the snow.  But didn't have that view.  And pass a bowl of that goodness this way.

Looks great. For me, I am glad to finally be seeing grass and clear roads after 3 days of being iced in.  We don't deal well with ice and snow here in Alabama.
