Chicken seasoned with Lawry rotisserie seasoning and a little bit of death dust.

Asparagus roasted with simple EVOO, salt, pepper and then sprinkled with shredded havarti cheese

Carrots in butter/brown sugar

Cherry pie for desert (compliments of my mother-in-law

Pics will be posted later

Sounds good, but like others need to see pictures, especially the asparagus. I am going to grill asparagus with strip steaks tonight on the SRG and I just opened up some smoked Havarti dill, so I'm going to try this tonight. ;D

Chicken seasoned with Lawry and just a bit of death dust on the left side

Still deciding if I will lay flat in SRG basket or hang from legs

That sure looks good, are you using the leg racks to hang it like that?

Yep, but I will say the bottom of the basket supported the bird too. otherwise, I believe the legs would have come off toward the end of the cook.

Good point I may just stick with my vertical roaster rack then. Thanks Robert
