Thanks for the tip on using leg racks to "hang" the boid upside down!  Normally cook them breast down anyway, spatchcocking, THEN hanging that way makes my want to try it.   Thanks, again.

Approximately how long did it take  cook the chicken.  I know you cook to IT but it would help to know how long before the dinner hour you should start the cook.

Yep, but I will say the bottom of the basket supported the bird too. otherwise, I believe the legs would have come off toward the end of the cook.
