Indoor BBQ'ed Chuckie w/ Smashed Taters and Carrots in Beer and Dill
« Reply #-1 on: February 23, 2014, 08:48:16 PM »
Still too cold to grill outside here, so bbq'ed some beef, had a few sides with a pear, walnut and bleu cheese salad. This was started Saturday morning, rubbed roast with EVOO, and coated with M3 and WOW, and into the fridge until Sunday afternoon. A nice Sunday meal along with a few beverages. As Sparky says, "on with the show!"   And thanks for watching!
