Fajitas
« Reply #-1 on: February 26, 2014, 06:22:07 AM »
The last couple of days I posted a couple of recipes. One for Pico_De_Gallo and one for Guacamole

Now it was time for some Fajitas. Chicken and Beef.

It wasn't bad at all. Not sure if you can tell but I screwed up when I bought them. One was correct, Mexican mix, but the other was Garlic & Herb. So the chicken got the mex mix and the steak got the garlic mix.

After everything was done and we ate I know why we go to a good Mexican restaurant when we want Mexican food. Cleanup after making a Mexican dish, man you use a lot of plates and bowls  ???
