Country ribs and preseason KC style baby backs. Brucken is a local distributor of various seasonings along with mustards and prepared horseradish.

Everyone into oven at  275 for a few hours

If someone is "offended" by your cook - then they need to stop being so closed minded. THAT looks like it will be phenomenal. I like the use of onions under the ribs too.

Nothing wrong with cooking indoors. Nothing offensive I can see...

Nice using the onions to lift the ribs off the bottom of the pan ;)
