Pork loin question

I'm goin g to cook a pork loin in TBE.  Never done o e before. I'm going to cook to IT and not by time.  However. it would help me know when to start the cook if I had  an idea of approximate time it will take to cook a 3lb loin.

30 to 40 min's would be real close with 30 being more likely.
 Pork will cook rather fast in TBE so keep an eye on IT it will go fast

30 minutes?  :o  Wow, that seems very fast to me, but then again I've never cooked in a Big Easy. I guess if it can cook a turkey in the same time as a regular fryer, then 30 minutes for a 3 pound pork roast seems reasonable.
