In honor of corn beef season

Who doesn't like to watch meat being cut by the best?

If you have never been to Katz Deli.....put it on your bucket list. Carnegie Deli is excellent as well. Stage Deli WAS great too.....until it closed last year :(

I should not have watched that.  I have one in the fridge, and now I want to eat it.

At first I was impressed by his slicing skills but I thought the same thing, I'd make a sandwich out of what he tossed away.  ;)

Y'all think that boy is good now, just wait until he gets some more practice.

When my son in law, Brad, was working down on South Beach in Miami they took me to a place called "The New York Deli" and they served a corned beef sandwich which must have been six inches high.  Amazing!  Of course, the price was too.  Dee
