I know this may have been asked before but can't find it.

Which cut of ribs do y'all like more and why??   I love ribs and so far I stick with Baby backs but would like to hear everyone's opinion on them.

Full spares.  I love the tips and don't care about the appearance.  I also like the texture of spares better than backs.

St. Louis cut spares. I guess because I don't mind trimming them for comps, so it's no big deal to me to trim for cooking at home. I take the trimmings & smoke in a pan while the ribs are on, then chop/pull for baked beans, etc.

I like trimming my own also, part of the BBQ fun ;D

Same here. I buy full racks of spares, and trim them into St. Louis cut myself.  Plus I love the rib tips; they are good eating!

The only time I get loin backs (baby backs) are when I buy the front half of a bone-in pork loin. Then I'll cut the ribs off and have a rack of BB's for a fraction of what you normally pay for them.

That's a pretty even split. I like Spares, cuz I like the extra rib meat. I make a little treat I call Pig Candy with the flap and some of the rest.
