Jerky Time.
« Reply #-1 on: May 04, 2014, 05:05:11 PM »

Sliced and Trimmed three lb’s of Eye Round

Cure (adjusted for the weight), Jerky seasoning, crushed red peppers and wishishere sauce. Overnight in the marinade.

On my cheap grill mats

A-Maze-N tube going

Don’t have a lot of room so I have to add some racks

About two hours in and time to rotate and smoker is staying around 150.

Ready. Enjoy. This will last about 2-3 days in my house.
Love to cook and eat

Looks great!!  Every time my son stops by our house, he manages to "find" my jerky stash.  I keep moving it, but he keeps finding it.  Your jerky wouldn't last long here, either.

Thanks everyone. When I was at SAMs the other day they had Jerky for .80 per ounce and I figure I did mine for .33 per ounce and I know what I put in them and had fun doing it.
