Sage sausage stuffing and mashed potatoes
« Reply #-1 on: May 06, 2014, 11:45:10 PM »
We needed a quick dinner after work today - decided on grinding a small chunk of pork loin and transforming it into sage sausage, then mixing it with boxed pork flavored stuffing.  A side of packaged rehydrated mashed potatoes doctored with sour cream and mayonnaise.  Nothing special, but the fresh ground sausage was delicious and we stuffed ourselves full

Thanks folks - it's sometimes a challenge to fix dinner after a long day at work and both of us are tired.  Often the simplest and quickest allows one to get down to the important stuff - tasting Scotch  ;)
