Pasta Dish on the BGE
« Reply #-1 on: May 10, 2014, 10:25:03 PM »
Did a quick pasta dish on the BGE last week.  Turned out excellent and I will be doing more dishes like this for sure.

Cooked up some Hot Italian Sausage and added some sliced up sweet peppers.

Added some Arrabbiata Sauce and mixed in some ricotta cheese and the cooked pasta.

Topped the pasta dish with more cheese and let bake in the BGE at around 300°.

Cooked perfectly!

Plated up, added a bit more sauce to the top and served with a garlic bread stick.
