Chili looks awesome!! I am interested in the recipe for the rhubarb sippy glass :) Was rhubarb juice extracted and mixed? That sounds really good.

Thanks for the kind comments, folks!

Chili looks real tasty pz. How was that drink combo?

It was good!  I've not tried anything with rhubarb before, but I can't say I'm disappointed  ;)

My wife said she used 4 cups diced rhubarb, about a cup of water, and half a cup of sugar.  Simmered until rhubarb was tender - about 20-30 minutes.  Then strain the solids to leave a clear, slightly pink syrup.  In retrospect, she said she would have added strawberries, a pinch of salt, and reducing the amount of sugar might have been good.  The tonic water made the drink especially refreshing and thirst quenching.

The bowl looks great pz.

Can you add a little extra cheese and some diced onions & jalapeƱos to mine please? ;)

That's my kind of thinking, muebe!
