It was good! I've not tried anything with rhubarb before, but I can't say I'm disappointed
Chili looks awesome!! I am interested in the recipe for the rhubarb sippy glass Was rhubarb juice extracted and mixed? That sounds really good.
My wife said she used 4 cups diced rhubarb, about a cup of water, and half a cup of sugar. Simmered until rhubarb was tender - about 20-30 minutes. Then strain the solids to leave a clear, slightly pink syrup. In retrospect, she said she would have added strawberries, a pinch of salt, and reducing the amount of sugar might have been good. The tonic water made the drink especially refreshing and thirst quenching.
