With the garden beginning to produce ample amounts of Zucchini & Yellow squash along with a few radishes, and tomatoes it's time to lighten up the recipes ...

Fresh from the garden - Steamed Zucchini and Yellow squash, radishes, tomatoes - served with steamed Sweet Potatoes and a side of oven baked Chicken Thighs ...



Zucchini squash casserole and Cole Slaw with a side of Pulled Pork ...
