I recently bought a rack of lamb ribs at the farmers market. Any tips on how to bbq them? Not a rack with loin, just ribs...will post results. Fire away!

How would you describe the degree of fat on these? More lean than pork ribs? or about the same?

Curtis, if they are just ribs and no loin meat should only take about 10 min. per side over coal. Coat with EVOO, salt and pepper, rosemary and garlic. Put on direct heat for 8-10 min a side. They will be excellent!
