Title: Little Easter Ham
Post by: Kona on April 17, 2017, 10:05:42 AM
nothing special, just a semi boneless ham cooked over pecan and hickory and glazed with brown sugar, mustard and cider vinegar. Definitely came out very juicy

The best part. I mean the very best thing about smoked ham is the left overs. Makes the best sandwiches too!
