Walmart had some 4 bone frenched pork loin roasts on sale for about $5 so I picked one up for the freezer and one for the day after Thanksgiving so we could have some variety instead of just leftovers.
I kept it simple with just S & P and roasted garlic powder then into the SRG basket to an IT of 142. I used the leftover mashed sweet potato's to make potato pancakes, and made a quick Brussels sprout/onion saute (wife's has tomato's added)
