I guess this is where I introduce myself.......
My name is Eldridge aka Elly King. I'm an amateur backyard BBQ'er who always wants to get better. I currently use a Weber 18" kettle grill and a PK which I gave to my buddy's son for his B-Day. I think I'm going to get a Weber 22" Premium and use a Adrenaline BBQ Slow and Sear Plus and a Drip 'n Griddle pan. Anyone use this set up?
I also attended Harry Soo's (Slap Yo' Daddy BBQ team) one day BBQ seminar last August. Cooking the food is the easy part, hitting the right temperatures and keeping them there is the challenge. That's what most of my questions will be about.
The photo is of me and my best friend Billy. He loves BBQ chicken, Tri-tip but no sauces or rubs for him!

Welcome from SE Georgia! I, as many other members, use the Slow n Sear and the Drip n Griddle. As Big Dawg said it is a great all purpose set up. My 2 WSM's are just sitting as I don't use them anymore.

Welcome to you and Billy from Nor Cal. My wife and I had occasion to spend a few days in Newport Beach last year. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. In addition to the great scenery we had wonderful meals. Had great drink too. Don't get me started on Malarky's. ;D
