Howdy from San Antonio! I've been bbqing for many years, but seriously for about 10 of those. I'm a home bbq guy cooking on a pellet smoker and a gas grill occasionally. I'm also a part time chuckwagon cook, primarily doing the baking in 16 in cast iron Dutch ovens. We also cook on huge grills using lump mesquite charcoal and split mesquite. Looking forward to hear how others are doing their bbq and hopefully enhance my skills as well.
