Yes gluten free and it is 1 net carb. 12 carbs and 11 fiber

I'm obviously undereducated - I thought "net carb and fiber" was some kind of fancy Kevlar-like stuff they make basketball, tennis, volleyball, etc. nets from nowadays.
As to the concept of gluten-free fake wheat flour. it sounds kinda like baking with organic spackle or dried tofu to me. Sorry, Tommy, but I'd stick with cornbread and tortillas.
