When you cook it ahead of time and seal it, what do you do to reheat it to serve at a later time?
I place the sealed bags in hot water to thaw them out a little then I place the meat into Crock Pots with apple juice and let them warm up. Takes about one hour to get them up to serving temps. Works great and no dry meat
I did try one in the microwave but did not turn out well so I stay with Crock pots
