Those look great, Tom ! ! !I do something similar. I call it the "Pork Trifecta." I stuff the tenderloins with Italian sausage, sometimes adding diced peppers and onions. Then I wrap them in prosciutto, mainly because I'm Italian but also because I think it crisps up better.Sounds Awesome! I do need to give that a try! Thank you!BD

I love hanging stuff in the Beesr and SRG..I have hooks and a rotisserie rod that I used for years. First thing I ever hung was ribs...☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
