I made some pig candy (pork belly burnt ends) yesterday in the GMG Davey Crockett.
You all probably know how to make these, so I won't boor you with the details of the cook.
But I will show you some pictures.
A five lb. pork belly
A bit of butt rub
A bit of smoke
Braise for a bit, then a bit of glaze

These will go to my boys for Christmas.
I did sneak a couple to make sure they were good.
