I watched a couple of the Gator Pit YouTube videos because they popped up in my recommendations. There was this one monster specifically designed to hold 2 fully butterflied 150# whole pigs.  :o  It looked like an absolute tank.  Plus that pilot show where they built a space shuttle cooker. Looked pretty cool.

Gator Pits are quite the beasts and the most expensive of Texas Offsets.

We had some Bubbas over for a little cook out this weekend and one bought the offset and took it home with him on Sunday.
