Getting ready for an INFARED weekend!

My bother-in-law turns 60 on the 16th so we are throwing a party for him.   2 SRG's, 2 TBE's, SRG Pellet and SRG charcoal will be used for this one :thumbup:

I'll have 6 racks of ribs, 4 Yardbirds, burnt ends just to list a few things being served. A buddy of mine will serve a corn boil with crawdads and skrimp as well  :D :D :D :D :D :D

That's what I drink... Tea...   
Recipe for proper tea. 
1 Gal of Publix Sweet Tea  ( Milos will do as well )  It must be Milos or Publix though.
1 Quart George Dickle No. 12   Sour Mash Whiskey  ( Woodford Reserve works with this recipe as well )
Pour out 25% of the tea,
Pour in the whole bottle of Dickle.
Chill
Serve over ice in a tall glass and enjoy.
 This will keep you going most of an afternoon....
