When I sent the info of my Pellet SRG I built I got nothing in the way as a response        After that I never heard from them again

Yep, got the same from CB.     

When I sent the info of my Pellet SRG I built I got nothing in the way as a response        After that I never heard from them again 

They just responded today! They won't suspend the warranty.... OK..better then nothing!
